Working with Across the Pond made the entire process of applying to universities in the UK so much simpler than if I'd gone it alone.  It was so nice to have a personal adviser to answer all of my questions (and there were many)!  I'm so glad to have come across this service.  I don't know that I would be in London if it weren't for them!

I'm so glad I found Study Across the Pond! My personal advisor counseled me through every step, from choosing which unis to apply to, to writing my personal statement, and then later helping me decide which program was right for me, and guiding me through the visa application process. He was always there to promptly address any questions or concerns I had, and offered invaluable advice to make my application process and transition to a UK university as stress-free as possible. I can't imagine having done it all without the support of Study Across the Pond.

Across the Pond made the application process easy. It's centralization made applying to multiple universities unstressful and non-redundant. When I've applied to other universities on my own, I felt like I was typing in the same information over and over again, which doubled the work load and anxiety about applying. ATP also offers a nice range of universities to apply to: some of the highest ranking to some of the lower ones (everyone needs a safety net sometimes).

Above all, the best thing about ATP is the personalized help you get from your adviser. I had Jackie and she was an amazing help. I cannot remember how many times she read over personal statement essays and edited them with me. She always followed up and sent me reminder emails when life would slow me down and I'd lose focus on applying. I believe it is this attribute that makes ATP amazing. There is help every step of the way, and you never feel like you are doing this on your own.

Studying abroad has always appealed to me. I’ve traveled a great deal, with about a baker’s dozen countries under my belt so far, and I thought, “What better way to see the world than to be a college student there?” The problem is how hard it is to figure out all the details of applying to a university overseas. My dream of studying in England would have probably never have been realized if I hadn’t stumbled across Study Across the Pond during a Google search. They offered to not only help me find the right university for me, but send in my application for me, help me with my visa, put me in contact with all the right people, and help me sort out anything that went wrong! Their service was so good my wife wanted me to double check and make sure it wasn’t a scam (which it isn’t). I have nothing but good things to say about Study Across the Pond. They were professional, timely, helpful, knowledgeable, and exactly what I needed. They’re the reason I’m currently living in the UK, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who’s dreamed of going abroad but been afraid of the red tape.

My friends and family must have thought I was bonkers when I told them I wanted to attend graduate school in the UK. I questioned my sanity a bit myself. Once I'd made the decision, I wasn't quite sure where to begin. One of the universities I was looking at directed me to Study Across the Pond. From that point on, Ashley took me step-by-step through the process of not only applying to university, but considering and accepting the offers I was made, getting the financial aid ball rolling, getting my visa, and even prepping me for my journey overseas. Every aspect of living and studying overseas was considered, and even unusual questions were met with a willingness to find resources to help me out. I am a planner, and making a move this big was nerve-wracking, not to mention hard work! It was all made so much easier knowing that I had a support network in Ashley during the whole process. It was a wonderful opportunity to be able to work with them, and I highly recommend it.

When I decided to go to the UK for graduate school I had no idea where to even begin looking! I found ATP and they were the most helpful people I could have asked for, especially my own advisor, Ashley Chew. She was always very fast to answer me and explained the whole process from looking into programs, to how to move into my new school. Anyone who is looking into schooling in the UK should most definitely look into using ATP! Without them and Ashley, it would never have been possible for me to get my new school. An all-round fantastic experience!

I have always wanted to study in England, but never knew how to go about it. It wasn't until I stumbled upon Across the Pond that it became a reality. My advisor helped me through the process, and even to this day I can’t believe how easy she made it for me. Without their help throughout the application and visa process, I would most likely have freaked out. But now I am at Kingston University working on my master's degree and it is more than I could have imagined. I have met great people, my professors are fantastic, and the town is gorgeous. I am so thankful to be here and even more grateful for the people, especially my advisor, Ashley Chew, who have helped me get here. I have recommended this organization to all my friends as it has given me the tools and confidence to make this year a great success. Signing up for Across the Pond was one of the best decisions I have made. It made my dream a reality!

If you are a student considering the opportunity to study abroad, I HIGHLY recommend the organization Study Across the Pond! Their assistance throughout the entire process - from deciding which universities to apply to, how to contact professors and request supervision for a PhD, to filling out the application, gathering the necessary documents, and writing a personal essay and research proposal, ATP was there for me every step of the way. The guidance and support I received translated into success, and I was accepted into the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. I do not think this would have been possible if I had tried to do this without the expertise freely shared with me by the staff of ATP.

As a nontraditional adult student, I am finding U of Aberdeen to be a welcome place for graduate study. My professors have highly successful academic careers, and I am surrounded by a truly global community of students. The facilities (Library, classrooms, campus) are both high tech and user friendly. The people are the same way, very media-savvy and super friendly!

Had it not been for Across the Pond and my incredible advisor, Leah Rogers, I don’t know if I would have ended up studying here, in the UK, as I have always wanted to do. The whole process of applying to graduate school is extremely stressful in itself, let alone applying to universities in another country. I was so lucky to have found Across the Pond when I began looking into universities in England because the entire process from researching and applying to programs to constructing a personal statement and applying for a visa—was made so much easier with the help of a knowledgeable advisor. I would strongly recommend using Across the Pond if you are interested in studying in the UK, you will be glad you did!

I’m sitting in my room in Durham, England right now, and I know I wouldn’t have gotten here without Across the Pond. My advisor Mara was extremely helpful and made the application process easy to understand and simple to complete. I knew exactly what I had to do, and what needed to be done for both the university and the visa applications. She let me know what schools offered the program I was interested in, and helped me apply to five of them. When I was accepted, I learned how to get a visa, and how to get funding for my studies.

When I first looked at studying in a completely different country I was intimidated by the whole application process, and Across the Pond made it easy. I highly recommend the system, the advisors available, and the help they offer. Because of them, I’m getting my Master’s degree from a fantastic university, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Thanks for everything!

Across The Pond made the entire application process extremely easy! I was 6,000 miles away from the universities I was applying to and felt overwhelmed by work responsibilities and the burden of applying to schools. Ashley and Across The Pond completely lifted the weight off my shoulders and helped me through every part of the application. From information on loans and scholarships to visa and accommodation advice, I could not have done it without them. And to top it all off, it was free! Ashley and Across The Pond helped me reach my goals and I even feel like I made a friend in the process!

Where do I start? I would have been lost without Across the Pond, especially my advisor! When I first started my research on universities in the United Kingdom, I just knew I wanted to study my Masters here; I had no idea of all it entailed. ATP was there with me every step of the way. I was given an advisor, Leah, who was in charge of my specific region. Even though she had many other students, I felt like I was the only one. She was always quick to respond to my emails and had the exact answer I was looking for and if it was something the school needed to answer, she put me in contact with the right person. She also helped with understanding the application process and the visa process. As I was closer to heading across the pond to school, ATP provided me with a “Pre-Departure Guide.” This covered pretty much everything you needed to know to be ready for the move. If I had to do it all over again, I would still use Across the Pond to help me prepare for school. They were more than willing to be of assistance and gave me the confidence I needed to make the move!

I am thankful that I used Across The Pond to assist me with my applications to study in the UK. Without my advisor's help, I would have been completely lost. Had she not provided me with the schools that fit my needs, assistance with the application process, and help with the visa guidelines, I'm not sure if I could have done it all alone. I have already recommended ATP's service to a friend looking to study in the UK and will gladly pass on a recommendation to others!

I am so glad I found this website.  I do not think I would have been able to get everything done as well without the help of Across the Pond.  My advisor helped me look at the schools and see which ones would be best for me and what I wanted to do.  She was also extremely helpful from the smallest and silliest questions to the major ones.  I am so grateful for the service this company provided.  Across the Pond made the decision to study in the U.K. a much easier process.  I am extremely pleased with this program.

Studying at Swansea is perhaps the luckiest thing to ever happen to me. I happened to meet two representatives from ATP in high school, and before I knew it, I was on a plane to the UK. The British system was incredibly beneficial and changed my entire outlook on education here in America. At Swansea, I was able to focus directly on studies that I was passionate about from the get go, instead of having to wait while taking broader courses that I'd already done in high school. The quality of experience helps you  grow as a student and as a person; it broadens your horizons, your world view, and your opportunities. From the classroom to Welsh culture, it was by far the best experience of my life.

Study Across the Pond was a great resource to have during my application process to Kingston University. I had started my search for a Masters program and university several months prior to discovering Study Across the Pond, and I found it difficult to know which were programs were reputable and worthwhile. My advisor, Andrea, was very helpful in answering the questions I had about the universities they have relationships with, and I am so far very happy with my final selection.

The great thing about Study Across the Pond is they provide support throughout the entire process, from application to visa. I cannot imagine having to apply for financial aid or a visa without the help from Andrea. The UK functions differently than the US, and I found it helpful to have a contact here who answered my questions promptly and who was familiar with how we operate in the US.  I felt good knowing I was receiving support from both the university and Study Across the Pond, and that made me confident that everything would go through successfully.

I highly recommend getting in touch with Study Across the Pond if you are at all interested in studying in the UK. The advisors are a valuable resource who understand both countries and all of the components necessary to go school in the UK.

Across the Pond didn't just stop after they helped me with every detail of the application process. They stayed with me long after I was accepted, every single step of the way. Loan questions, accommodation questions, visa questions, travel questions, even personal questions about simply studying abroad, like making friends or what the school work is like- the people at Across the Pond proved that they weren't just recruiters, but also a 24/7 support system. Not only would I have never known where to apply abroad without their help, but I have no idea how I could have pulled everything together to study abroad without their consistent and detailed replies to my daily emails. I'm so grateful for all their help! I would not be headed to Bristol this Fall without them.

My name is Megan, and next year I will begin my first year as an MPhil/PhD candidate at Newcastle University. I would highly recommend the services of Study Across the Pond to anyone interested in studying in the UK! My advisor, Lauren Spalding, was incredibly helpful. Applying to school, as an undergraduate and especially as a postgraduate, is an intensely stressful endeavor, and studying overseas makes the process all the more difficult. Lauren made it exponentially easier. She not only streamlined the application process for me, but she helped me research programs, reviewed my submissions, and talked me through the process step by step. Through it all, she maintained a consistently upbeat attitude that made an incredibly stressful process bearable, and was always available to answer even the silliest questions (and believe me, I had more than a few of those), or to offer a word of support and encouragement (which I frequently needed). After accepting a position with Newcastle, Lauren was still ready to help with questions regarding the student loan process and the visa application. I absolutely could not have done this without her.

Thank you.

Across the Pond has been a tremendous help in getting students abroad to their desired school.  Their personal advisers go above and beyond to meet the needs of perspective students.  They are there to answer any and every question regarding the school, program, what to do next and a whole host of other questions.  They help make the process of applying to school less stressful with constant guidance and encouragement.  Across the Pond is a phenomenal program and I would recommend it to anyone.

I decided I wanted to study in the UK, and found Across the Pond by accident.  I "knew" I wanted to study in London, and didn't want to look anywhere else.  My advisor, suggested I look at a few other schools, and, it turns out, she was absolutely right.  I am now registered with Oxford Brookes, and couldn't be happier.  My advisor was great about responding to all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked questions she had already answered.  She even responded on weekends!  I have had a wonderful experience with Across the Pond, and my advisor has been more than I could have hoped for.  She sent general reminders of where I should be, along with responses to every email I sent her, and I sent a lot!  As a result of my great experience, I have recommended Across the Pond to a number of friends.  It really made applying to school in the UK so much easier, and I'm so happy I did it.
